About Residence Le Ancore

In front of the Praia beach and the beautiful scenery of the Ex Stabilimento Florio of Favignana, the brand new residence "Le Ancore" was born. The name derives precisely from the anchors of the ancient tuna fishery of Favignana that have always been positioned (even today you can admire them) right on the beach in front of the residence.

Simple and refined elegance. All apartments, with interior spaces that reflect a functional conception of living space, have been furnished in light tones that enhance their natural brightness.

The realization of the project is the result of careful research work aimed at preserving the island's style identity while combining it with the comforts and current trends in interior design.

The INTERIOR COURT: an interplay of volumes, solids and voids shapes the space located at the entrance of the building as if to reproduce the countless tuff quarries that characterize the island. A place for sharing and relaxing at any time of the day.

The TERRACE: an outdoor oasis in which to relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful sceneries of the island. The terrace is set up with sofas and chaise lounges so you can comfortably sip a drink or simply sunbathe.
